Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about shipping at Read Aloud with Miss Heather.
Order Processing All merchandise is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve it. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
