Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Accessories & Merchandise) Because our merchandise is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
To report an issue, email us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
Books Due to the nature of physical books, all book sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
