Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at goldtopdesigns@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Photos of the defective item

Once we review your request, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Non-Defective Items

All sales are final for non-defective items. We encourage you to review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
